I am going to start the lemonade or master cleanse diet. I can tolerate the headaches can I take pain relief pill any time I have headache during the diet?
can I stop it before 10 days if it gets too difficult for me?
also if any one has any helpful advise about the diet I appreciate that.

I want to try the Master Cleanse diet.
But I don’t want to risk gaining all the weight after ten days if I go straight to regular/solid foods again.
If I mix the two, lemonade and solid food, between the days, would I still get results?
Like… instead of six to seven glasses a day, I drink 3. And small meals every now and then?
Would this work out?
I’ll still do cardio everyday.

My friend is starting the lemonade master cleanse. She doesn’t know what kind of salt water flush to use and neither do I. She was told to use the sea salt but it wasn’t really do the job. So she heard that the Epsom salt would work better but I thought that was used for the liver cleanse. Should she use that or the sea salt. Also what are some brand types for the sea salt?

I want to detox. I have heard of detoxifying foods. I am considering a liquid detox, however, but the lemonade/cayenne pepper thing is just too difficult. I am trying to Jumpstart my weight loss.

im on day 2 of the master cleanse but i feel the same i haven’t seen any weight loss. what am i doing wrong? is it ok to skip the lemonade drink for one day (because i ran out of the maple syrup) but still do the salt water flush in the morning, the tea at night and drink plenty of water through out the day and start drinking the lemonade the next day? please help…
i almost forgot can i use spring water?

I was planning on performing the Master Cleanse very soon, but after doing a bit of research, I’ve found some who argue that the same results could be achieved by simply fasting. If I was to leave out the lemonade drink, but perform the "salt water flush" and consume the tea daily, would I achieve the same results? What is it about the lemonade beverage that is so beneficial? Any information would be of great help. Thank you in advance.

I am on day 4 of the lemonade/master cleanse diet.
I was just wondering if anyone has done this diet and how much weight they lost. For some reason I haven’t lost anything yet and I am almost half way done. (10 day cleanse) I am kind of concerned.
