I currently live in a dorm, and don’t really have a lot of extra money and can’t get out much. They have a cafeteria here where I eat most of my meals. I want to know what form of master cleanse diet I could possibly try to complete? I could go out for most of the supplies but mainly the maple syrup I probably would not be able to get. Help? I want to try a cleansing diet to clear out the toxins I know I have ingested.

What is the MASTER CLEANSE or the Lemonade Diet?

My wife want to do cleanse and she found something called the master cleanse….also called the lemonade diet. Anyone heard or tried it. You drink a drink with lemon, maple syrup, and cheyanne pepper. Supposped to clean out our body (detox) and lose weight.

how much plain water can you drink on the master cleanse?

I am going on the master cleanse. I like to drink a lot of water and don’t really want to measure how much I am drinking. Also can I use grade a maple syrup instead of grade b?

Can you do the master cleanse without these things?

I’ve read on many websites as well as in the official Master Cleanse book that you can skip the maple syrup part of the cleanse…but has anyone done this before? & has it made you unable to do the cleanse for long periods of time? Without the maple syrup it seems like not a lot of calories and vitamins you’re taking in everyday. Also, do I have to take the herbal laxative tea twice a day or can I just take it once at night?

im on day 2 of the master cleanse but i feel the same i haven’t seen any weight loss. what am i doing wrong? is it ok to skip the lemonade drink for one day (because i ran out of the maple syrup) but still do the salt water flush in the morning, the tea at night and drink plenty of water through out the day and start drinking the lemonade the next day? please help…
i almost forgot can i use spring water?
