im looking to start the master cleanse diet but i was wondering how much water you use in one glass of the master cleanse diet? i thought it was supposed to be half your body weight, but is this through out the diet or each day? or is it just 8 pints a day? also the salt water flush? what salt do you use?

I’m starting the diet today in an effort to lose about 20lbs in 10 days. I just want to hear more success stories other than just reports of Beyonce’s success with it. For those of you who don’t know, the Master Cleanse diet consists of just drinking a mixture of fresh lemon juice, grade b maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Supposedly after drinking this alone for 10 days, you will receive optimal results.

I want to do the master cleanse diet aka lemonaid diet. But I wondererd when your done with the diet does the wieght come back fast or does it stay off. Any recomendations or experiemces would be great!

I am about to try the master cleanse diet but I am not looking forward to the laxative, herbal tea or sea salt drink at night. Is it absolutely necessary?

For those of you who have been in the master cleanse diet, how many glasses are you require to take per day? I’m planning to start soon, I know its water, maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Also how much maple syrup?

How do I make the drink for the master cleanse diet? What are some results that people have had? I am not doing this for weight loss, but to lose a few pounds would be great. I want to clean out my system, since I recently quit smoking. Does anyone have success stories doing this diet? Thanks
