Today my dentist told me about how bad it was with the amount of normal coke i was drinking. telling me about all the suger and acid that damages your teeth. She suggested diet-coke in moderation would cause less damage to your teeth. Well i dont like diet-coke. So i was just wondering what popular UK drinks on the market could cause LESS damage to my teeth. thanks. POW.

I really need some tips on loosing weight. I do weigh a lot for my height, but I dont look like I weight what I do. Still, I would like to loose about 20 lbs for now. I’m wondering if anyone could give me some good weight loss tips. I dont believe in dieting, but rather realistic lifestyle changes. Like eating healthier without depriving myself and still being about to eat the things I like in moderation. Is there a certain number of calories to consume in a day? I also would like some exercise ideas I could do at home. I hate the gym and with school I dont have time to go to one or the money. Any tips would be great…thanks.

I need to write a compare-contrast paper on two popular diets– I was wanting do use Weight Watchers as one, but I can’t decide on the second one.

I want to choose something that is very strict with the food– like nutrysystem or jenny craig.

well, i wanted to do weight watchers becasue you can still eat whatever you want, but you’re watching calories, fat and fiber to create points….

jenny craig food is loaded with salt and so restrictive….

when i went on weight watchers after i had my baby, my diet consisted of coke, twinkies, water and cereal, and i still lost 3 lbs in a week……

the key is moderation!!!!!
