Hello.

Im trying to try a diet, ive tried so many times. But i never seem to eat right. Anyone who has ever been on a diet…PLEASE WHAT WAS IT that helped you try to stay MOTIVATED and to SAY NO TO FAT AND JUNK FOODS. Its hard because my family cooks fried foods, and i just need help to eat right and to stay on track for ones. I just need help! please if you can smear a few moments it will highly be appreciated.
i am NOT interested in taking any pills. Just eating healthy and working out. Mainly my small gut i want to tighten !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m not looking into it for weight loss like a majority of people are but I’ve started taking an interest in body detoxification. I know there’s this one yoga detox recipe that’s been working for years but I need more information about this.

I don’t want to know about the pills and products I just want to know about the actual detoxification.
Stop advertising your crap to me. I just want to know about how body detox works.
