<p>I don&#8217;t like cooking and don&#8217;t like doing dishes (too busy and lazy for that)&#8230;also I don&#8217;t like milk and milk products either. So am thinking of the raw vegan diet. </p>
<p>I am almost vegan now. I eat fruits for breakfast, fruits for snacks, fruit smoothies for lunch. Evening I have a slice of bread with peanut butter, and some carrot juice. My only problem is dinner&#8230;.i eat a cooked meal for dinner.</p>
<p>Can someone give me some tips for  raw vegan dinner, that doesn&#8217;t take much time to prepare? I am thinking of salad, but I am wondering if there will be enough protein in a salad. I don&#8217;t need much, currently am taking like 10-20 grams of protien a day (which is enough for me). So if someone can recommend an easy to make raw vegan dinner, that would help me out greatly (No more cooking&#8230;yay)</p>

Haven&#8217;t tried almond milk will try that. Where do you get those recipes you mention? I will look it up. <p>Im currently on day 7 of the lemon juice master cleanse and I was wondering if it would be okay to take an acai berry supplement while im still doing this ( i plan to do the cleanse for 14 days).  I figured that the acai berry has fiber and would provide a little more cleansing but im unsure of the protein, omega fatty acids, and other nutrients it contains if they will screw up my diet&#8230; Anyone?!<br />

<p>I see that on the atkins diet I tend to go to have bowel movements much less than I normally do. I was told that my metabolism rate should increase due to all of the protein, is this true? <p>I&#8217;ve been working out consistently for about a year, but my weight loss has been really slow. I&#8217;ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I&#8217;ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven&#8217;t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?<br />
I workout at least 3-4x a week. On average I&#8217;m at the gym for 1hr. &#8211; 1.5hrs. I&#8217;ve been attending the RPM &amp; Body Pump classes at least 2x a week. On the other days I&#8217;m doing cardio and weightlifting. I also do resistence training.</p>
