I want to do the Master Cleanse in order to lose some weight and to get rid of toxins in my body.

My biggest concern is that I work and am concerned about the "cleanse" aspect in that I have to use public restrooms etc. at work.

I realize it’s a weird question but is it feasible to actually do the cleanse without taking the time off of work?

Tips needed for raw vegan diet?

I don’t like cooking and don’t like doing dishes (too busy and lazy for that)…also I don’t like milk and milk products either. So am thinking of the raw vegan diet.

I am almost vegan now. I eat fruits for breakfast, fruits for snacks, fruit smoothies for lunch. Evening I have a slice of bread with peanut butter, and some carrot juice. My only problem is dinner….i eat a cooked meal for dinner.

Can someone give me some tips for raw vegan dinner, that doesn’t take much time to prepare? I am thinking of salad, but I am wondering if there will be enough protein in a salad. I don’t need much, currently am taking like 10-20 grams of protien a day (which is enough for me). So if someone can recommend an easy to make raw vegan dinner, that would help me out greatly (No more cooking…yay)

Haven’t tried almond milk will try that. Where do you get those recipes you mention? I will look it up. But I am too lazy to make something complicated…hope those are easy recipes :P

How can i make my dane grow taller?

He is now 11 months and he stands 34" at shoulders. Is he going to grow more taller now? Please give me some tips on his diet.

I right now feed him on home cooked food. Giving him flour malt + milk thrice a day. ( mixed flour of brown rice, jowar, wheat, few other pulses ) AND I FEED HIM CHICKEN once in three days.

Please let me know if the commercial food(packed) have any significance in huis growth. But as far as his health is concerned……he is doing great, but i think if i switch him to red meet , he will improve his fur coat condition better.

10" x 40" window?

I have a small window next to my front door that is approximately 10" x 40". I have looked all over the place to try to find curtains or blinds to fit the window, but I can’t seem to find any place that sells them that small. Does anyone know of a place that I can find any type of curtains or blinds that would fit my small window? Thanks!

this will be for watching tv ( 40" sony LCD ) and listening to music. I already have a tuner and subwoofer — but want to replace the 5 mini-speaker setup with all their crazy wires all over the room.

I need to lose about 50-60 lbs. I’m 5’5" and currently weigh 185lbs. I’ve put on a lot of it because I have back problems and couldn’t do a whole lot plus I quit smoking and gained some from that to. I have 5 kids so getting to the gym or cooking some weird diet dinner just is not feasible. Any advice or tips will be totally appreciated. Thanks!!
I really have no clue about calories. What’s a good place to find a calorie chart? I cook fairly healthy for my fam, lots of veggies, nothing EVER fried, good rounded meals.

Okay, so I’m 15, 5′ 4" and I weight 230 pounds. I’ve tried the Atkins diet, yeah didnt work. I tried doing it on my own and I cheated and couldn’t get back into the routine of exercising. At my house I have a manual tredmill, 2 five pound weights, a wheelie, and resistance bands.
I know what to do and what to eat I guess I just need the willpower and motivation. Does anybody have any tips.
This has really been bothering me lately, especially since I started High School. Like everyone I want to be accepted and popular but that’s just not gonna happen because of how shallow other people are when it comes to weight.
Also I recently found out that My Father has dieabetes, as well as my mom.
Does anyone have any specific exercises and routines that I could do without having to go to a gym or anything., just usuing my tredmill, wheelie, weights and resistance bands.
Any chat rooms involving people with the same problem would be EXTREMELY helpful.

I have tried ever popular diet there is, and none of them have seemed to work…I now have realized that in order for me to lose weight and keep it off it will take more than some "lose weight quick" diet. it will take a life style change. But my question is whats the best combination or food to eat and what amount of these foods should I eat? should I walk 30 mins a day or should I work out at the gym…I have a swimming pool in my back yard… how often should I swim?
