Pritikin Recipes
I don’t like cooking and don’t like doing dishes (too busy and lazy for that)…also I don’t like milk and milk products either. So am thinking of the raw vegan diet.
I am almost vegan now. I eat fruits for breakfast, fruits for snacks, fruit smoothies for lunch. Evening I have a slice of bread with peanut butter, and some carrot juice. My only problem is dinner….i eat a cooked meal for dinner.
Can someone give me some tips for raw vegan dinner, that doesn’t take much time to prepare? I am thinking of salad, but I am wondering if there will be enough protein in a salad. I don’t need much, currently am taking like 10-20 grams of protien a day (which is enough for me). So if someone can recommend an easy to make raw vegan dinner, that would help me out greatly (No more cooking…yay)

Haven’t tried almond milk will try that. Where do you get those recipes you mention? I will look it up. But I am too lazy to make something complicated…hope those are easy recipes
