I plan to start the master cleanse Wednesday and I was wondering if I could skip the laxative tea in the morning (I’ve already learned not to do the salt water flush) because I have to be at school at 7am and don’t really want to poop in a school bathroom full of other girls. Or should I wake up around 3, drink the tea and go back to sleep? Will the laxative tea be out of my system before school if I do that? (I’m 18, before anyone thinks I’m too young to do it)
please don’t rant. i don’t care about anyones personal opinion and really only want answers to my question from people who know about/have done the diet.

Okay so I had my son just over a year now and I still have some lingering body fat (I was 130lbs and hit 205 in my pregnancy) But now i’m 5’2 and 160lbs.

Honestly it fits my frame very nicely, no one believes my weight but i’m looking to shed some pounds. I never worked out prior to this. I am doing squats and lunges 2-3 times a week letting myself heal up between and i’m doing cardio at home(about 20-40mins) after researching a few videos on youtube.

I eat small meals daily, most of the time I cook up a bunch of lean chicken with light seasoning (no breading) and heat that up or add to salads. I munch on oranges, apples and I eat things like oatmeal for breakfast or some special K. Also, I drink loads and loads of water or 1% milk sometimes, never any soda’s or juice.

Well, this has been going on for about two weeks now and my weight hasn’t changed any. I’m not quite sure what I can do or if it’s just slow to start? Anyone have any tips for things I can do at home that doesn’t require equipment or any diet tips ?

Well, I’m awake nights :-) I wake up about 2-3pm and I don’t sleep until 7am, My husband works overnight so it got me in that schedule.

Is it common to feel ill while on the master cleanse/lemonade diet ?

Well I’ve been on the master cleanse for three days now. I have been following the rules pretty well and I’m just wondering if its common to feel ill on it. The first two days I felt absolutely no sickness but this morning I got three hours of sleep and woke up really sick, dry heaving and everything. I have no fever however, I was just wondering if this is common on the master cleanse or is this just normal sickness caused by some sort of virus ?

I’m 29, I’m 5’2”. In the past 2.5 weeks i have lost 11 pounds and now weigh 205. I have already noticed a little skin sag.
I reviewed the other questions on this topic. I want to know if it is necessary to stick to the regiment of 2 pounds max per week for weight loss or it’s alright to lose more if you’re doing higher intensity exercises like swimming, running, bicycling.
I’ve been losing weight so fast b/c i’ve cut down on how much food i’ve been eating, working out multiple times a day and cutting down on sleep ( i was sleeping too much previously).
would collagen in skin spring back faster if i lose weight at the slower rate of 2 lbs per week?
even if i lose weight faster than the 2 lbs, and lose weight at the 1 lb/ day as i am now, will my skin shrink to normal eventually? (i hope to lose at least 70 more lbs) i’m willing to lose weight 2lb/wk. i gained this weight of 65 pounds over the past year. i haven’t had it for very long. is my skin resilient? be honest.
