    or did i eat too much?
    i had:
    4 oz of light dannon activia yogurt (70 calories)
    1 cup of strawberries
    1 cup of fiber one cereal, dry (160 calories)
    1 can of collard greens, plain (88 calories)
    1 cup of lima beans cooked in chicken broth and onions
    1 piece of turkey ham (60 calories per 2 oz, 98% fat free) with a ton of lettuce and mustard
    2 chicken breasts

    i spread all these foods out throughout the day, and i also had a ton of water, and a glass of unsweetened, freshly brewed tea.
    im 5’4”, 110 lbs. ive lost 20 lbs, losing the last few..
    how many calories did i eat today? diet tips?

    I feel plain crummy. I’m usually a cold turkey sort of person, but even though I’d love to stop eating bad, it’s so much easier said than done! I really would love to do some sort of full-body detox diet to kick start a new healthy lifestyle, but I don’t know where to begin…

    Obviously I’ve read up on the many popular diets, such as the Master Cleanse, but there are aspects of them that sound too extreme for me (taking laxatives? no thanks…)…and so I was wondering, are there any safe body detox diets out there? I’m sure there is something, maybe involving tea and light/no foods…

    If someone could help me, I’d be extremely grateful! :D

    I’m doing the master cleanse and my body just cannot handle the salt water flush. Is it allowed to take the tea both in the morning (instead of the saltwaterflush) and at night?

    im on day 2 of the master cleanse but i feel the same i haven’t seen any weight loss. what am i doing wrong? is it ok to skip the lemonade drink for one day (because i ran out of the maple syrup) but still do the salt water flush in the morning, the tea at night and drink plenty of water through out the day and start drinking the lemonade the next day? please help…
    i almost forgot can i use spring water?

    I was planning on performing the Master Cleanse very soon, but after doing a bit of research, I’ve found some who argue that the same results could be achieved by simply fasting. If I was to leave out the lemonade drink, but perform the "salt water flush" and consume the tea daily, would I achieve the same results? What is it about the lemonade beverage that is so beneficial? Any information would be of great help. Thank you in advance.
