Pritikin Recipes
I am starting the MC tomorrow. I am not really into the salt water flush. And per the book you can do the flush or laxative teas. Any one out there who has done the master cleanse, what have you done for this part of teh cleansing.

I’ve been seeing all these detoxification teas at glass shops and such and wondered to myself, Do they have to do what they advertise? Sure they say money back guaranteed, but aren’t you the one trying to fraud the government? And if it doesn’t work they never did anything illegal. Do they work yay or nay?
My question again was about detoxification and there have been some great answers

There seem to be a lot of trendy diets, but one that comes to my mind (from my time living in Japan) that would easily work but it not very popular is eating a traditional Japanese diet, full of variety with vegetables, fish, rice, fruits, soups, meats, noodles, teas, light dishes, etc.
Perhaps I am biased, because I am hooked on Japanese food ever since my time there – it is by far my favorite cuisine (delicious and healthy)…but doesn’t this balanced, low fat, low sugar diet seem to make more sense the many trendy diets out there??
