I never have groceries in my house because neither my husband of myself can cook. I end up eating McDonalds in my car everyday because its quick, easy, and cheap. I hate it. The food is gross and it makes me feel sick after I eat it. I want to lose weight. I go to school and I work so eating out is the norm for me. I hate it and want to change. Any tips on quick, easy cooking (some things say quick and easy and they are not and I end up ruining them) taste doesn’t really matter too much. I know that people go on diets and eat chicken breasts but I can’t even cook those right. It always turns out too dry and I end up making a huge mess. I don’t know what to do, but I am TIRED of eating McDonalds. I think that fast food should be banned altogether. It can’t be good for anyone and I know other people who do the same thing I do.
I also was just diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. I don’t want to cook fatty meals either. Maybe I’ll take a cooking class at the community center. Thanks for the advice.
