		<description>wow..I haven&#039;t heard the Pritikin name in years. Actually I have a copy of it somewhere in this mess. I think it&#039;s a fairly healthy diet plan including a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercise on a daily basis. The Pritikin diet is very low in fat which may leave some people feeling unsatisfied after meals. For this same reason, it may be hard for people to follow the Pritikin diet long-term. Because the Pritikin diet limits animal products and dairy products, it may be low in certain vitamins and minerals.
but if that&#039;s the worst thing about it then I&#039;d say go for it...good luck</description>
