Well its summertime again, and i want to know what you guys think are some of the funnest and easiest weight loss tips! I need to lose some weight now (had a baby 6 months ago) but want to do it in a non-boring non-starving way

Riding a bike!! Riding a bike through a colorful park, or around your neighborhood is easy, and not too hard if you go at a leisurely pace.

I know of a ton of places where I live that off Mommy and baby work out classes, actually doing exercises that involve holding the baby and lifting…a girl I work with attends one and she says it’s really fun and a good way to meet friends. Other than that you can get a jogging stroller and take the baby for a run. Running is a great way to burn calories and tone your whole body. You’re going to have to watch what you eat, you don’t have to go hungry just check labels on everything and keep a food diary, try and keep your calories under 1.400. It’s not that hard when you skip junk and have snacks such as fruit or pretzels.
