I want to do the master cleanse diet aka lemonaid diet. But I wondererd when your done with the diet does the wieght come back fast or does it stay off. Any recomendations or experiemces would be great!

    One tip, don’t do it in the first place.
    As it is classified under alternative medicine, anyone with a hint of intelligence should be skeptical of it, and under further investigation, realize that nothing of what it has claimed can be accomplished other than the obvious, short-lived weight loss.

    Your an idiot to do that. Eat more veggies, more lean meat, exercise more. Starving yourself makes you gain weight.

    A cleanse diet can back fire on you because it’s not a slow diet. It will come back and more. Smaller portions and more often to keep the metabolism up. Lots of water.
    Exercise. Thats the key

    I think it is very important to understand that your body needs proteins, fats, sugars, fibers, vitamins and minerals at all meals if it is to feel satisfied with what you’ve been eating. Ideally, every time you eat, your plate should have some protein, a little fat and a little fibrous mass to ensure that you feel full and satisfied.
