I am really curious about the detoxfication diet. I really want to know the benifits.Can you eat while your on this diet? Is it healthy for people with an average wieght?Will you feel good doing this diet?And is it for everyone.

there are many out there. are you interested in a fluid detox, fruit and veggie detox, fiber detox….there are no real benefits to each, they are all different and provide different ‘cures’ or ‘claims’ but you can expect to lose some weight, albeit mostly water and muscle due to very low calories. people of all shapes and sizes do them for various reasons, and most feel ok, but often times do not follow them for the whole time because of a decrease in energy (low calories) and grumpiness (low carbs), good luck!
