I need recipe, ingredients, benefits etc.

Any ideas are helpful.
My goal isn’t to lose weight, maybe 5-10 pounds. I am active and healthy.

I would still like to do a detox to jump start another go of healthy eating with raw fruits and veggies. I just didn’t know what all you could do with a detox plan.

My question again was about detoxification and there have been some great answers

    Try the Acai Berry diet. I do not have the sources handy at this moment, but it is good and natural. Goggle it and I am sure you will find plenty of info.

    Actually, you don’t need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the one method that really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away 20 pounds, it really does produce success!

    You could try to do the "Master Cleanse" for a week. I only made it three days.

    What is your focus of detox?

    *edit* I have never seen a cleanse (especially the master cleanse) that has solid, predictable, results.

    If you decide on one, go do a youtube search for it… there is always someone who has done it and recorded a journal about their progress and feelings throughout the "cleanse". Some of em start lookin like they have scurvy after awhile lol.

    I was looking for the benefits of cutting out bread from my diet and stumbled on it. By the way cutting out bread isn’t for me=d It’s for obesity.
