I am starting the Master Cleanse next week and I wanted to know where the best place to buy the ingredients is.

My question again was about master cleanse and there have been some great answers

    The hardest item to find is the Grade B Maple Syrup. Several companies make it such as Spring Tree and Shady Maple. If you don’t have a natural food market in your area you may need to order online. I have yet to find any chain grocery stores, even the higher end ones, that carry Grade B.

    Also, for the lemon juice, you can by organic lemons at most supermarkets now. However, they are EXPENSIVE! Brand name Santa Cruz makes organic lemon juice in 16oz jars. So for the price of 4-5 organic lemons, you get about ten times as much out of the glass jars.

    I have a David’s Natural Market locally that carries these products but with a little investigation you may be able to find a source online that carries both to save on shipping.

    I was on the cleanse, no cheating, for 3 weeks. Personally, I didn’t notice any difference. No difference in my weight, digestion, or anything else.
